We read about the possibility to live down at the beach trough a review on TP. It started with trying to find Kellys Warrung (recommended in the review). It was however full when we found it so we booked a bungalow at Sallys instead for around 150k. Even though we aren't surfers we stayed for two nights. We enjoyed our... More

Compare other nearest beach, Bingin was more quite. Plenty of small warungs and friendly locals. We have to park our car and walk for around 15 minutes along the local houses and stairs to reach the beach.

We stayed for 4 nights at Chockys place Bingin beach . The purpose of our trip was to surf . Surf here is great but was very crowded , especially with locals. There is one take off point and often had 25 plus sirfers sitting in a bunch which made the wave numbers pretty low. I would definately recommend staying... More

Surf can be good depending the swell, but the best it's that it's tricky to get there so there isn't any crowds, plenty of restaurants an warungs to choose from

Bingin is a great spot away from the crowds of people at uluwatu. There are plenty of warungs on the cliffs to grab a bite to eat and a drink and the beach has lots of room to spread out.

Lots of shacks on the beach and places to stay. A bit crowded mostly with backpackers and surfers. You can catch a good sunset from the extreme left side of the beach where the small cliffs are.

garbage on beach... dirty water... sharky as well. We were broken hearted with the amount of trash found on this beach...we wish for some type of garbage removal system on Bali.... people need to be educated on the harm this is doing not only to our environment but to the local people.

I accidentally found a way to this beautiful beach on my way back from Padang-padang Beach. At first, we had to park our car and walk around 10-15 minutes, including 148 stairs. But it was worth it. The beach was quite, perfect to have sun bathing or read a book while enjoying your iPod. There's not much warung in the... More
