Our hotel was very close to this and we heard it was good. We walked to entry and were really impressed by all the activities for couples and/or families. Shopping, food, elephant rides all before the show. Well worth the time and cost.

good food at buffet , however you will have to pay extra to upgrade for seafood, show quiet good. they take all your cameras and phones , any recording devices off you and at the end of the show you will have to line up to collect them. show really wasn't that good to que up and collect your belongings.

Unfortunately I didn't do any research prior to going to see Fantasea & I wish I had, because I would never have gone. Prior to the main show, the elephants are walked round & round in circles for hours while silly tourists ride them, then they're expected to perform for the show where they're essentially degraded (despite the shows 'theme').... I was pleasantly surprised with this show. Not sure what I expected. Very confusing when we arrived as signage is limited and the driver just drops you off. People on the gate were helpful and with some basic directions and a brochure map we worked it out. The smorgasbord dinner was very basic and food not so good. A bit... More

Picked up from our Hotel 5.30 arriving there by 6pm. We walked around realizing that the whole place was very commercialized. Buffet Dinner was nice but we had finished that by 7pm as it was Buffet meal, so then had to wait 2 hours before show started. So once you've walked around which takes maybe 15 mins there's not to... We went December 25th 2013 on the VIP version of this trip and went in to a VIP buffet expecting good food unfortunately the food was very poor, however the rest of the experience was very positive from the parks décor to the entertainment, ok it is OTT but why not its not as if you are going to be... I would consider Phuket's version of disneyland. Wide selection of buffet, fun theme park, adorable elephants and amazing show!!!! Plenty of parking lot and very cheerful service staff!

My parents came here years back and took us here for winter break. I loved it! It was great using the elephants. This was my favorite attraction in all of Thailand. It is a Must See show.

Firstly, don't fall for any of the spin about this being a cultural or must see Thai experience because that is not the case at all. The place is an over commercialised twilight zone of weirdness designed to make you spend as much money as possible. It was amazing how we would keep walking around and keep ending up at... More
