Went to see Harrison's Caves on November 21. The weather was rainy, but our tour driver verified with the Caves that the trams would be running. When we arrived, the staff told our driver they weren't open yet. We were told to wait another hour, until 10am, and they should be open then. We waited and waited. There were no... More

We went with a 7 year old and some friends and we all throughly enjoyed the visit. The tour was well structured and our tour guide was knowledgeable and entertaining. There are plenty of stops in the caves to take some great pictures.

The visit takes about 35-40 min, starting with an informative video and then the tour with the tram. During the visit of the cave, you get to disembark from the tram to take some pictures and to hold a broken stalactite. The temperature inside the cave is around 26ºC so, there is no need for a jacket. Also, some warm... More

I would recommend that you get there early to miss the crowds. Our guide Ryan was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very much worth seeing and reasonable entry price for the tram. Takes about 50 minutes in all, so if you are travelling by taxi make sure you take in one of the other attractions nearby to make a morning of... More

There are many cave experiences available around the world however, not many can have a train/tram ride and guide to take and talk/guide you through the caverns. What a great experience and a super tour which stared with some great outdoor scenic views and then an introductory film before the motorised tour. Be warned though the roofs drop water (warm)... A magnificent sight to see, but it was way overpriced for what it was. $31pp. We took the tram ride route. Total tour lasts about 45 minutes. It is also a ways from the cruise port. If you're only in Barbados for one day...recommend doing another activity.

Really enjoyed our visit to the caves. Lovely tram trip, lots of photo opportunities. Even monkeys outside in the gardens.

The cave tour was fascinating, but as a hearing aid wearer, I was left in the dark. The pre-cave video was not captioned. The tour guide spoke loudly but it was dark and I could not speechread her. Other than that, it's an exciting tour.

Truly a remarkable sight to see - the amazing evolution of the earth and the mysteries of how it does what it do so well, could not be replicated by the human hand. The tour guides are delightful and very engaging. You tend to notice as soon as you are in the visitors area that the preparation for what you... More
