Pictures just don't do justice to what you see in these incredible caves! The sheer size of the formations, the crystal clear water underground and serenity of it had us in awe.The tour guides referred to it as the 8th wonder of the world. It definitely doesn't disappoint !

I and my partner really enjoyed the tram tour of Harrison's Cave. Before the tour all the group is shown a quick (about 10min) video how the cave, stalactites and stalagmites formed, which was very interesting. Then all the group gets on the tram and are on own way :) There was a tour guide, who kept us informed and... More

I had reservations about visiting the caves, but I am really pleased we made the trip. It was a thoroughly awe inspiring experience and much bigger than I expected. Our guide was very entertaining and gave us plenty of information and time to take photos, have a closer look at the rock formations etc. There were a few little shops... More

There is a short film to watch before the tour of the cave which is done on a tram. I'm not sure but I think you can walk round on a Saturday. There are a couple of opportunities to get off to look round and take photos. It is quite interesting, I live near 6 caves so I've seen lots... More

Harrison's Cave was one of the experiences I was really looking forward to when I visited Barbados. My wife and I took the tram tour which runs for about 30 minutes through the cave, after being shown a short film about the creation of the island of Barbados. We were given two different opportunities to get out of the tram... More

Very commercialized cave. They dug out a road for tram cars which really takes away from the feeling of being in the cave. The best part of the tour was the history film before the tour. Rather disappointed with the tour though.

I was amazed by the beauty of the caves and am very pleased that I visited. I believe strongly that it is one of the top things that any visitor to Barbados should do.
