My friend and I went diving with Scuba Zen this past weekend. My friend is an experienced diver, and I am a novice. Jean-Michel and his staff handled each of us according to our experience, giving me a bit of extra attention and advice without hovering over him. I had a few issues mainly related to my inexperience, but they... More

My son and I recently spent two days diving with Scuba Zen to get our initial PADI certifications. The crew was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Julian did an excellent job of training during each of our dives, and John worked one-on-one with my son at the appropriate pace to help him feel comfortable. Great place to learn to dive.

I went diving with Scuba Zen last week of March. Dispite rough sea and some mechanical issues, Jean-Michel and his team kept on smiling and being positive. They managed to find solutions and dive sites that would limit the effect of sea condition. As a somewhat experience diver, I was quite happy that they didn't nurse me and let me... More

Jean-michel and the crew at ScubaZen are fantastic. I went on five dives with them (March15-March19 2014) and they took great care of me. I got my wife to try the discover scuba dive that was offered and she loved it. She said that the dive master (Cicel) made her feel very safe in the water. My daughter had a... More

Three Type A New Yorkers were thrilled with our experience getting open water scuba certified with Scuba Zen. Jean-Michael, Natalie, and Julian were great instructors and made us feel safe and well trained. We had a great experience and were able to exchange paperwork/planning via e-mail. Super convenient if you are staying at the Radisson.

My wife and I went diving with scuba Zen on a very ruff day. So ruff I got sea sick bobbing in the water after the second dive, never had that happen before. The surges were pretty bad under water and the surface was ruff to say the least. This taken in account I felt comfortable with the dive leaders.... More

This small business had limited diving equipment, limited staff assisting with equipment fitting/choice and had no functioning dive computers. Few of them speak English, so we struggled with communication.

After receiving the free pool instruction at the adjacent Radisson Blu, my 13 year old son and I agreed that we would take this time for the first SCUBA dive of his life, under a Discover SCUBA program, in which we would have a shallow (25 ft), open water dive at the nearby Creole Rock (about a 10 minute boat... I'm pretty new to diving and they chose to take me on a drift dive, where the water was very rough and lots of current. That wasn't the worst part though, I kept letting my guide know my remaining air, at my safety stop my computer read 0 PSI. 0 PSI is not what I want to see on a... More

Dear Raymond, we would like to start by saying that we're sorry that you didn`t enjoy the dive trip with scubazen. We take this very seriousely, thats why we would like to explain you a few things. To start with the out-of-air situation, you were diving with one of our more experienced instructor ( cmas 4star, padi msdt). You were... More

During my stay in the radisson Blu I made 4 dives with scuba zen. Staff was professional, helpful and very friendly. Scuba zen has good equipment and a comfortable boat for diving. There is a really good atmosphere at scuba zen and I found myself having beers with the staff after the first dive. I was also invited to a... More
