I am writing this review in the hope that someone from the farm parks reads trip advisor and can comment on/rectify some of the problems. I visited the park today, during half term, with a party that included three toddlers of 2 years of age. The areas for children under 5 were not monitored and on at least three occasions... More

This review can be summed up in one word - 'trivial'. The majority of the issues mentioned could very easily have been sorted out by a quick word with the Receptionist. Regarding Health and Safety, we have in fact just had an inspection and there were absolutely no issues raised. We therefore wish to throw down the gauntlet to this... More

We visited today, the place is looking grubby, the staff had long faces, we were almost too afraid to ask for anything! The meals took ages to come out and when they did they were just plonked in front of us!! No toilet paper! Would I visit again? Prob not sorry!!

We held our daughter's fourth birthday party at the farm park. We were extremely pleased from start to finish. Upon our arrival, we were made to feel welcome. Everything involved with the organisation was taken care of, leaving us to enjoy watching the children having fun and catching up with friends and family. We had lots of positive feedback from... I first met Guy Hamilton Turney at the ripe old age of 18 on my first trip to Dick Whittington Farm Park and immediately knew my life would never be the same again. The animals were great, I saw the Easter chicks so the last report is completely wrong and to top it off he showed me the massive snake... More

Have brought our son here several times since he was 4, he is now 9. We all commented on how sad it was to see the state of the place today compared to previous visits. Also no Easter chicks to see, no lambs to bottle feed and no animal encounters - all of which my son enjoyed here on our... More

Having endured the wettest winter on record, it has been impossible over the last few months to get on with any of our development work other than stockpiling masses of building material. All visitors will have seen the materials build up both in the corner of the car park and around the buildings. With the weather looking like it might... More

We travelled 35 miles to visit Dick Whittington's Farm Park today, after seeing it advertised in the Primary Times. My seven year old daughter loves farm environments and we have been to many in the past. Despite immediately having concerns on the approach to it, I decided to remain objective until we got inside.... However on this occasion I should... More

When we look at a review, we expect to see a balanced commentary identifying the good points as well as observations setting out where improvements could be made. This review, however, seems to totally miss the point that we are a small family-run working farm which offers families with young children the opportunity for fun and education in the countryside.... Had our first visit here last week. The lady on the reception was so helpful and explained everything and gave us a map of the park. She explained we could open a tab and pay on my card at the end, which was very helpful as I only had a limited amount of cash. It was a rainy day so... More

I have been coming here for years and it has just got better and better. Always clean, friendly staff, feels very safe in the soft play area and the animals are well looked after. We should appreciate this place not slate it.

We've been here once and wouldn't go back . It was ok but its grubby and very tired looking. After reading the reviews on here and reading the managers responses in which he protests far too much with varied excuses I will not be going back and I will advise everyone I know not to. Also there are more negative... More

The Management are left rather speechless by this review. The only criticism appears to be ‘it’s grubby and very tired-looking’. This reviewer seems to have overlooked the small fact that this has been the wettest winter on record. As a working Farm, our first priority is our livestock. Very many of our enlightened visitors have taken the trouble to congratulate... More
