Its a nice place to visit. Roads were worse take 1 hr drive from the check post to the peak.better to get a jeep from thd check point & go to the peak. driving on the worse narrow road is very dificult.Dont forget umbrella. Probably a rain can occur. Carry some food items.. There is no hotel near by. But... More

Guide is made compulsary for this trek when you take a ticket. 1-10 any number of person will it be there, the charge for the trek is same 750, So better get up clubbed with strangers or go in a group out there. It took me 3.5-4 hours for going uo and coming down this trek in extreme raining conditions... More

Must go and enjoy the nature from top.Even you can hear water falls sound through the jungle.Its around 15 km from the property.It a 365 days season and we went in monsoon season and it was equally beautiful.......................................................................................................................................................................................................

The hill was pristine and pollution less and the trekking experience was awesome to start in the early morning. A rejuvenating experience !

An awesome trek in the lap of nature, especially during the monsoons. The trek can be strenuous though and it is best to carry water with you. There is a heart shaped lake on the way there which is quite a marvelous sight. Views from there are simply marvelous. Guides from Kerala Forest Department will accompany you. Plastic bags, alcohol... More

Best Time: Jun to Feb Attraction: * Greenery, folded mountain ranges * Heart shaped lake * Birds * Butterflies Trek Difficulty: Moderate Advice: * Carry water bottle * Avoid Slippery Shoes/Sandals Enjoy the nature & feel the power of wind..!!! PLEASE AVOID USING PLASTICS & STOP LITTERING

Must go if you visit Wayand, anyone can do it. Bit slippery during rains which makes the trek difficult.

Was a nice hike and even better view. Getting there is better if you can have any local contact. The view and the tea plantation was nice. Takes a half day to enjoy the whole trek. Closes in the evening so it is better to visit in the first half of the day.

A must go place with your 4 X 4, you people will love it. if you are visiting kalpetta or wayanad then this is a must go place.
