Do go if you like waiting in long queues Don't go if you like peace and tranquility on the mountain Do go if you like paying all the way to the top Don't go if you are trying to avoid the hoards of shouting tourists Do go if you are happy to be told where you can and can't walk... More

Great, amazing view of the Yulong Snow Mountain. View the area by bus, cable car and car. The lakes surrounding the mountain area very really nice to view and looks a smaller version of the famous ZhiuZhaiGou in China or partial of the Kuang Si Falls in Luang Prabang. Have to pay additional 60 yuan to use the car to... More

A real amazing experience to do while in Lijiang... To be honest to compare it with the south of China, the cost is a bit expensive... You need to pay 70 yuan to the car and 105 yuan for the bus and 20 for tax and 180 yuan for the cable car., but over all for a new experience and... More

Did not see anything up the mountain due to the poor weather condition. But the lakes around the mountain were incredibly beautiful. In fact they are a smaller version of Jiuzhaigou. Really really beautiful! See the pictures!

A beautiful mountain above 4406 ft sea level. You will be standing above the clouds. If you hv breathing problems, pls buy the small oxygen tank (very light in weight + only cost RMB68). A Must to See when you in Lijiang.

We went here during winter, so it was really cold that day, around -4 degree Celsius. Anyway, it was a beautiful day with clear blue sky, we can see the glacier clearly, especially the Jade Dragon peak. The view was superb up there, we can even see the full view of Lijiang mountain area from here. To get to Yulong... More

Huge tourism infrastructure here and still unable to cope with the crowds. Expect to queue. Organise a special tour here with a small but regular tour driver in a small van/people mover. Dont self drive or go with a large group. There are plenty of small 5-10 people group operators in Lijiang who can help you jumps some of the... More

We took the gondola up the mountain to 4500 metres then walked up a walkway on the side of the glacier to 4680 metres (15,354 feet above sea level). Was a magnicifenct view of the peak and glacier and we were blessed with a clear blue sky. We recommend you purchase the cans of oxygen at a cost of around... More

The Glacier Park is breath taking metaphorically and literally as well. Upon reaching the Glacier Park after the cable car's sharp ascent one may feel a bit faint. The view is spectacular however. Be sure to equip yourself with oxygen canisters. Frequent puffs of oxygen will help you climb further steps to have even better view. Also important to climb... More

The trip to the top of Glacier Park cost a total of ¥385 (80 for the Lijiang city tax, 105 entrance, 20 for the park bus, and 180 for the cable car). That's super-expensive for China but well worth it. The view of the mountain and the glacier justified every RMB. At the top of the cable car is a... More
