Been going to Phuket almost annually, sometimes twice per year and this last visit made me swear not to return to Central. It started out with special local shopping, Thai products, a divine spa etc. As time went by, that's been replaced with "international brands" and less unique shopping. Dining choices are just as lousy but maybe that's what the... More

I do love malls that have brands that we don't have in New Zealand. If you have the same brands as in your country, then you don't have to worry about going here. We had two weeks in Phuket, so we did not mind going to Central Festival to explore. It was a big mall and we enjoyed our time... More

If you love shopping you will love Central Festival Phuket. While the building and interior are a little dated the smiles and greetings offered by the staff make up for that. Try it for yourself, smile at one of the many hard working staff or say hello in Thai, its swadi krap for men and swadi ka for ladies, you... More

shopping heaven..You can find a lot of things here. We ate at the MK restaurant. Taxi from Patong to this shopping center is 500THB. You won't regret it if you come here. :)

Central Festival Phuket is an average shopping mall with no distinguishing features and a rather poor interior design. Too few escalators mean you have to walk a fair way to reach one, making a visit here time consuming and tiring if you only want to browse. You get your usual array of fast food joints and shops. The basement is... More

I love Central Festival for the cinema and restaurant. But what I love most is the door lady at the entrance next to 'Wine Connection'. She is a wonderful Thai lady who wears a black suit... unfortunately I do not know her name. I have visited 100s of times and day in and day out this lady fills me with... More

Went here because there was a shuttle from the hotel. Otherwise would not have bothered. It is another mall with clothes and fast food outlets. It is on both sides of a busy main road and connected by a bridge. It is worth visiting the supermarket and browse in the fresh fruit and veg area. Maybe even buy something.

I originally was there yesterday to watch a movie at the SFX Cinema which has amazing sound. Although the screen we were in seemed quite old, the sofas yes I said sofas are super spacious :) Now when it comes to the mall itself, it is huge! It has 4 floors if I am not wrong. From bata, Zara, Levi's,... More

Here is everything you need. Lots of different stores for everyone, a cinema, health care centers (some of them seems a little far out) and a lot of restaurants to choose between. It's easy to get there but if you drive with the local busses, remember they don't drive in the evening. Buts it's really easy to get a cap... More
