Today we were with wife at this place, elephant's farm. Comparing to another opinions we must say that it was awful. Here our impression of this place: 1)The price is to high! 900 batt=30 USD PER PERSON!!! for 30 minutes! For what? Ok, maybe it's to feed the elephants, but they eat grass & bamboo, which is growing everywhere around... More

We called the morning we wanted to go and we had been picked up within 30 mins of our phone call! We went on 2 elephants for the 50 minute trek. The elephant handlers we had were gentle with the elephants and pretty much seemed to control them with voice commands. At one point we stopped and the guide took... More

We rode to the top of the mountain in the two person seat but then were given the opportunity to take turns riding on the elephant's head on the way back down. This was so much fun - if not a bit prickly. The guides were great, showing us wildlife on the way and taking loads of photos with our... More

Three friends and I hired scooters in Phuket town and drove them to the Kok Chang Safari. The scenery on the way there is beautiful and the whole setting of the place is awesome. The trek in itself is very reasonably priced. We chose the longest trek at 1,000B for 50 mins with scenery and photographs (with your personal camera).... More

Elephants are awesome. Yes. When they are roaming for free in the wild. Not when they are kept on a chain for some tourists to ride on. That being said, you can drive there yourself, short riding distance from Kata beach. You can buy a basket of bananas for 60 THB (or 2 baskets for 100 THB) to feed the... More

This trip was advertised as the best Elephant safari in Phuket by the lonely planet, animals were well looked after and the keepers are lovely, worth the money and for a tip the trainers take some amazing photos of you with/on the elephants along the trail. I'm terrified of heights but have always wanted to do an elephant Trekk, all... More

The Kok Chang Safari was not "spectacular," but it was everything we wanted in an elephant ride. Expect to ride an elephant that is well cared for on a well maintained path for the amount of time you specified. Some elephants get hungry during the walk. Guides also are happy to take pictures for you once you get to the... More

Visited this place early in the morning. Took a 30 min ride with sea-view, the 20 minutes trek comes without sea-view. We were very frightened at first when got on the elephant, but after 2 minutes realized that we are pretty safe there. When reached the sea-view, the rider took a lot of our photos, very appreciated, the elephant is... More

At first i was very hesitant to partake in elephant riding as i am a sceptic. After spending time feeding them we decided to try it. Listening to the guides talk about their elephants it was clear how much they love their elephants and they are looked after. This is the only one i would recommend in Phuket

Great trip, loads to see and do, we did the trip with boat, got to see a ride the elephants, they appeared to be very well cared for, we got to feed them too! the trip its self was very well organised and included lunch, would recommend this trip, well worth the money.
