Had a great time in the aerial tram. It included a short film introducing what is being done to protect The rain forest. The tram goes on two levels and the guide is very I formative. It is a wonderful 70 minutes spent. If you can go very early in am as more opportunities to see birds. We have done... More

We went through the National Park to get to this aerial tram. What an amazing feeling gliding over the rainforest in the quiet tram. We saw an ant eater, a very rare bird(blends into the tree) and many species of trees and plant life. Walking through the trails afterwards with Carla, our guide, will forever be one of my highlights... More

The trip from San Jose is nice when you enter the area of the National Park of Braulio Carillo, really amazing. The tram tour took about 1 hour and was wonderful to see one of the highest diversities in a forest in the world.. Guide was so knowledgeable and kind. We had a buffet lunch, simple but very good. We... More

This was a great way to see a tropical rain forest up close and personal without the danger of creatures eating you. Our guide Kenneth was very knowledgeable and personable. It was an incredible experience for everyone in my family--including 5 kids ages 10-16. Highly recommend it. Make sure you drive the amazing hwy 32 from San Jose to Guapiles.... More

There only six riders in a tram plus a guide. So getting your question answered was great. The time of the tram was approx. 2 hours . There were washroom on site. The jungle was very lush. Our guide was good at point out various plants and animals of the jungle. There is also a butterfly house you can visit... More

You'll notice I didn't say 'exciting'. Most people do not find this ride exciting because the chances of seeing many animals & birds are slim. BUT, the opportunity to glide through the rain forest at heights of 75 to 140 feet is quite amazing in itself! Our nature guide was very knowledgeable & was quick to point out & describe... More

We wanted a place within 1 1/2 hrs. of SJO to stay our first night. We reserved a room at Rainforest Lodge, just past Braulio Carrillo National Park. It turned out that we were the only overnight guests that night. Our guide, Leo, came to the front gate to load our luggage and take us to our bungalow. Since it... More

If you're in Costa Rica you have to try zip lining at least once. It was so much fun. There are a total of 10 zip lines, with a bonus Adrenalin line you can pay extra for. The view from on top of the forest canopy is amazing and you really get moving on some of the longer lines. Don't... More

Less stressful to saredy-kats of hights than any chair ride because it's low half the time and a gondola carrying up to 7 people. Be prepated to see little sights of exotic animals unless you're lucky. They have a stuffed snake adder displayed on a leaf at the start just to entice you you take plenty of photos. Plenty of... lots of natural beauty very lush and green. Interesting animals, plants and birds. The country is a real example of going green. They try and use preserve as much of the land that they can. There is a real respect for nature there.
