Was great being able to collect the ingredients fresh from the market down the road and then prepare and devour the finished product. Using seasonal and local produce is great to support the community and also to see just how much you can possible provide for yourself, i.e growing your own produce.

Gail had everything set up perfectly...her home is lovely (love the foodie garden) and she was a gracious and informative host and teacher. Will definitely be back. We did... More

Thanks so much Gail for a wonderful cooking class. I learnt so much today and enjoyed a wonderful lunch with some great new friends in gorgeous surroundings. I can't believe our pasta turned out so perfect and the sauces were simple to make but tasted amazing. I'll be back for another class soon.

I attended the Gourmet BBQ class, and I thought I knew a lot about BBQ's, Gail excels at instructing in a friendly and casual manner and her partner is a BBQ pro, Great company and a view to behold, I recommend all amateur cooks attend and learn a few things about BBQ's and cooking

My husband & I participated in the seafood barbeque cooking class on a Saturday afternoon. Although being a very hot afternoon the out door dining area overlooked tranquil rainforest surroundings and pool. All preparation for our cooking experience was done in an air conditioned cooking area. The preparation area was first class, with huge stainless steel benches and high quality... More

My son and I did the Pasta Making cookery course and had such fun! It was amazing. The teacher made it so clear and easy and the food was delicious. The 'ten minute tiramisu' was gorgeous and we have left inspired and confident to cook at home. Would totally recommend this course!
