Loved this experience we did the advanced Italian cooking class. It was very interactive and everyone got involved. The class finish with the group eating the prepared meal and relaxing with a few wines. Gail was a gracious host and made us feel extremely welcome and at home. I highly recommend this activity and would do it again if the... More

Gail, the "head Chef" was excellent in how she described the cooking process and added her helpful cooking tips along the way I can not pronounce all the "feast items" we had,... More

I thoroughly enjoyed my cooking class with Gail Rast at Life's a feast. Gail took the group to the local farmers market, where she introduced us to many of the stallholders/farmers/fishermen, and then she purchased various local produce, and after about an hour at the market, we returned to Gail's home and proceeded to cook the produce she had purchased... Preparing an Indonesian Banquet, then sitting down on a beautiful large shady veranda to enjoy the fruits of our labour with new found friends over a glass of wine was a totally fun and enjoyable experience. With her knowledge and zeal for cooking, Gail inspired us all.
