We had a wonderful afternoon at this winery. Our taste leader was their chemist and he was adorable. Full of information but also lots of fun. We came out with several bottles, all reasonable and all enjoyed. The four of us had a great time. Thanks!

Lovely winery with a large selection of local wines at great prices. It was hard to just choose two bottles to buy! The guide was a young Greek man who was very knowledgeable and passionate about the wines. Wine tasting costs only a few Euros for 3 decent sized samples. It's a bit difficult to find, so make sure you... More

We stumbled across this Winery by accident when we went for a walk. We almost joined in a tour that was already in progress but then decided to wait and have our own. They took us to the wine vaults then we went outside to see how the grapes grow on the vines of which are like circular baskets, and... More

My husband and I are from Northern California and we go to Napa/Sonoma often as its only about a 45 minute drive away. I love wine and was really looking forward to go wine tasting in Santorini. The wines in Greece are really unique - they do mostly white wine and on average, I'd have to say their whites are... More

The wines at Boutari and on the island of Santorini in general taste very different than what I am used to, they grow differently they behave differently and because of quite obviously numerous factors they are entirely their own. We had a nice tasting, were helped by knowledgable staff and enjoyed a totally new wine tasting experience that we won't... More

Had researched the website but when we got there were told it was shut for a private function . It would be helpful to future visitors if this was included on their website

Boutari was our first stop on the Santorini Wine Adventures Tour. We tried a two whites, a red, and two dessert wines. My favorite was the Kallisti Reserve which had a smokey taste to it. It is a very nice winery, but also very modern.

We enjoyed the wines at Boutari. We tried a tasting of all 9 locally grown and produced wines. Each wine had its strong points and they all seemed very different. There was 5 whites, 1 rose, and 3 reds. Since we came on a Saturday their kitchen was closed so that was a disappointment. They gave you pieces of what... More

We really enjoyed our visit to this winery. Great white wines and the man who helped us was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

This is another good winery and the staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable about their own wines, as you would expect. We had one of the tasting packages and when we got to the reds I was surprised that the young man actually recommended that we try the wines from another area and not from Boutari, as theirs was...
