Great place. We'll worth the 2 euros. Don't wear a white costume though! And bring yellow towels, or rent

Well worth the visit. Multiple little pools with warm water fountains. The change rooms with showers are a definite plus.

This was such a unique experience. The water was so warm & relaxing like visiting a spa for your skin. I will be going back next time I visit Sao Miguel, this is a MUST!

It costs just two euros to spend as long as you like in these superb baths. The place is kept immaculate, with shady nooks, neat benches, well kept lawns and several hot baths. This ia a great place to unwind. Please take care with clothing as there are orange deposits in the water.

Clean, friendly people (who speak perfect English), and a lively local crowd. The pools were mostly full on a mid-week evening and it made a great atmosphere. Just go!

The pools were awesome. You can select from two main pools were the water is very warm and felt awesome. One pool is deeper than the other. A third pool is cooler so if you start to over heat you can go wade around in that pool for a bit. It was 2 euros and they give you basket for... More

My family had a wonderful experience here! The entrance fee is very reasonable (just 2€ per person), there are changing rooms for visitors' convenience which are clean and well maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The naturally heated pools will keep you warm even in brisk weather, and the atmosphere is tranquil and relaxing. If visiting Furnas,... More

After hiking around Furnas Lake, soaking in these thermal hot springs was heavenly! A very reasonable 2 euro entrance fee is well worth it. It has clean changing rooms and a (cold) shower area. The soaking pools, set along a river, are very relaxing.

The setting is not nearly as nice as the Terra Nostra large thermal pond, but it does have the benefit of changing rooms and (cold) showers.

If you go to Furnas you must hit the Poca Da Dona Beija! It was the most relaxing part of our trip to the Azores. For only 2 euros you get access to the pools and change rooms. Staff is very nice and you can rent towels (also 2 euros). This is a great time, even if it is raining... More
