Lots of fun and quite enjoyable. There were quite a few younger children there when we went which was rather loud, however we moved to another bath area and it was fine. Nice smooth rock bottomed areas and the entire facility was quite clean. Man at the booth spoke excellent English and for 3 euro/person it was a very good... More

Went with family and friends, and we loved every minute. The place is very well looked after, there's changing rooms, a souvenir shop and staff that are constantly cleaning it and security as well. You pay 3€ per adult and 2.50€ per child (if I'm not wrong), you can go out and be back in the same day, just let... More

My four year old enjoyed the cooler pool and the entire place was well designed and well ran. There was a security guard there which probably wasn't necessary but there was a good mix of local visitors and tourists. I would definitely go back.

This thermal spa is very beautiful and relaxing. It was only 6 euros for admission, and you have about 6 different thermal pools to visit. All were warm without being too hot. There are benches around the area if you need to sit out for awhile. Large lockers are 1 euro each (purchase when buying admission). Water shoes are helpful,... More

We would also like to inform you that we only have 4 pools and the stream area (which holds a removable floodgate); and that the entrance fee isn't 6€, but only 3€ for adults and 2,50€ for children up... It's a very Zen and beautiful place, with some little pools with natural warm water. It's a very good experience, and a must have in Azores.

This location is very nice and has been redone since my last visit. The experience of bathing in hot spring water is a must. It's very relaxing.

How can you go bad for 3 euro and hot springs??? I was there when it was raining and when it was sunny. I loved it while it was raining. It can get a bit crowded, but it is worth it.

For 3 euros each adult and 2 each children ( even small kids pay ) you can chose from several different pools with waterfalls. Water is hot, from a natural spring. Take an older swimsuit, as it can be stained from the water — slightly brown from iron. Or take a hot bath ( 1 Euro for 5 minutes )... More
