We can higly recomend this wonderful bathing experience. The area is tidy and clean and the most important, the water is running, clear and fresh. The water temperature is about 40 degrees C. Entrance fee only 2 Euros. Well worth a visit!

It was very refreshing and relaxing. Let the water fall onto your back for a nice water massage. Our hotel, Hotel Do Mar had old towels for us to use since we didn't bring our own. Don't wear white. Cost is 2 euros.

This is a lovely place to relax in the warm thermal pools. Wear your old suits and nothing white from the orange iron on the rocks etc. There is a minimal entrance fee. They have clean bathrooms and change area. Such a pretty place to relax in the warm pools.

The warm iron-rich waters from the area surrounding Furnas is amazing. My young girls enjoyed moving from bath to bath.

Stumbled upon this glorious oasis while travelling towards Furnas in the Azores. What an amazing hideaway that was a feast for the eyes with beautifully landscaped gardens and several hot spring pools that were ah ... so relaxing. Highly recommended!!! One of the nicest places we visited during our stay in the Azores!!!

We went to these hot springs at night in the middle of the week during our honeymoon. It was a unique surprise. The waters were the perfect temperature and you are literally in the middle of natural vegetation and rock. The waterfalls were also a nice touch. We had a relaxing night and slept like babies. This is not to... More
