This proved a very pleasant way to soak our muscles after a busy day exploring the east end of the island. Not expensive but, as we had been warned, quite busy - although in the dark, with gentle mood lighting, still to be recommended.

This is an incredible site. We were there on an August morning, and it was very peaceful and uncrowded. My favorite pool had a waterfall that you can sit behind and gaze through - I could have spent hours there.

We went there on a rainy day. The entrance fee (3€ adult, 2.5€ child) was very reasonable and the changing rooms are kept tidy. The place was overcrowded, but all in all worth our time.

Only 3 euros each, & you can stay as long as you like; & even leave & return the same evening. We visited twice in 1 week, & actually preferred the... More

Incredible site. One of the more relaxing ways to spend your evening... However, due to the recent affluent of people the entrance fee should be raised a bit!

What was once a relaxing escape from everyday grind, including touristy places, is now an overcrowded tourist attraction with no ample parking. Though its beauty is still in tact and somewhat improved by the pools that were added, the souvenir shack near the entrance is obnoxious. There are plenty of places to shop in the village of Furnas and throughout... More

I enjoyed these hot springs very much. I went to the hot springs on a cool rainy morning and it felt great in the incredibly hot pools of water. It was very well maintained and the staff were great.

A lot of people go to the closeby terra nostra park for a dip in yellow warm water, but this place is not worse (but lacks the incredible jardim of course). It has a different feeling as it all feels way more semi-natural. They have done a nice job here, with several small baths after each other. It looks great.... More
