Discovered this place this year for the first time...surprised we hadn't visited on earlier holidays in Corfu. Well worth the winding drive up through Pelekas (where we had lunch) and up to the car park at the top. From here you leave the car, and "explore" the site. You can see both coasts, east and west.

Worth every minute of the twisty drive. We where there in April 2015, the roads were quiet and weather was pleasant a nice gentle breeze and sunny. We had the place to ourselves and scrambled around happily taking in the spectacular views and eating the butterflies. Easy parking nearby and lovely restaurant.

Decided to visit Kaisers Throne en route to Paleokastritsa from the south and so glad we did. It was pretty quiet in May, and although there is nothing to see other than the view it's certainly worth a stop off if you are in the area.

The location of this place is right at the top of the hill in Pelekas. We travelled here on quad bikes. The views are amazing so take a camera and its a great place for panoramic photographs! There is also a restaurant at the top which is nice to stop at and get an iced coffee :)

A definite visit for the amazing views, very romantic at sunset. The location is right at the top of the hill I pelekas so a car or taxi is suggested. We ate in Sunset restaurant and watched the sun go down further from there - lovely!

We found this place by accident as we got lost whilst on route to Sidari. The views from the top of Pelekas ie on Kaisers Thrown are stunning, as you can see out to sea on both the East and West sides of the island. At the top of Pelekas is the Levant Hotel. Great location with a massive terrace... More

We found Kaiser's Throne easy enough to get to, being only a short drive from a main road. We went in the morning so it was much quieter and were amazed at the beautiful views across the island... we could see the old Venetian fortress and port in Corfu town easily as it was a lovely clear day. It really... More

Well worth driving the winding road up from Pelekas and the then somewhat hairy walk from the parking. Next time we would certainly have a romantic dinner in the small hotel nearby - and, like the German Kaiser, admire the sunset!
