Our family of four spent a week at Asis helping to build an animal kitchen area that had been damaged and getting to know the animal friends who live at Asis. Stayed with a wonderful host family. A volunteer experience for a family that shouldn't be missed! more

This place is awesome, lots of Wild animals, they get them from goverment and diferent organizations, just an awesome place to get in touch with the nature and even they offer spanish lessons. more

Proyecto Asis is a wonderful place to visit. It combine a wild animal rescue center, birdwatching and enviromental educational programs. It is located on the way to La Fortuna and the Arenal Volcano! more

We went to Proyecto Asis as part of a tour, and it was AWESOME. We came away with solid respect for all of their many roles (cultural exchange programs, language schools, wildlife rescue, rainforest conservation, etc.), and would visit them again in a heartbeat. more
