At mikri Ammoopi the small bay is just amazing, sandy beach and crystal clear water. You just don't want to get out of the water. Nice and cozy little beach, a small restaurant above the beach serving great food.

Great secluded sandy beach with clean waters and good restaurants nearby, offers an excellent option for a day out trip if vacating at another part of the island.

OMG what a great shallow sea. Crystal clear water and sand for the kids to play on. The water remains undeep for some 20 meters out so ideal for families. There's a restaurant and also trees that provide shadow. Sunbeds and umbrella's for rent. This decribed the small bay. There a larger bay next to it but this one is... More

The beach is a natural pool. The water is transparent and clear like crystal. You share the water with all kinds of fish. The beach is twenty minutes away from Pegadia and definitely worth visiting. At lunch you can visit one of the great fish restaurants around the beach.

Crowded, a lot of tavernas, two sandy beaches, many small hotels in the background, nice view. Good for children?

There are a lot of hotels around Amoopi now so the beach gets very crowded. There are much nicer places to go unless you are staying there and go early and walk.

water is unbelievably clear and turquoise, it is a true pleasure just to watch it, but beaches in Amoopi (there's three of them) tend to be crowded and finding an umbrella and beds can be challenging. advice: go early in the a.m. and chances of finding a bed will be higher.

Small beach, fully taken up by umbrealls and sun beds. Not sure if it's legal that they did not leave any space for non-hotel vistors. Clean sea.
