Darragh took our group on this 2-hour tour into the Burren. On a wet and blustery day, he offered us coats and boots prior to setting out. The weather did not detract from the experience of wandering over the hills and through this really unique and interesting landscape. Darragh was knowledgeable on the flowers coming into bloom, how the sheep... More

Amazing tour and a very knowledgable guide. One of the very few trips where I didn't have to stay on a bus all day! The farm and the little hike absolutely awesome - true Irish experience. And the cakes (and Irish coffee) afterwards in the grannie's cafe simply to die for...

Headline says everything I guess. The walk through the Burren landscape is impressive, not hard, but you should wear good shoes, there are some rocky parts that can be slippery, especially when it's wet. The guide John seems to have a wide knowledge of the area, oviously loves it and is concerned to give his guest an insight of Irish... More

We did the Burren and Cliffs of Moher tour, so it was a jam-packed and highly varied day. The highlights were hiking in the Burren with John, our knowledgeable and interesting guide. The Burren itself is an almost magical place, and we were lucky to be there at a time when spring blooming was starting. The views over the mountains... More

It's a great place. The guide was very knowledgable. They had homemade treats available after the walk. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our walk in the Burren at Grannie's Cottage with Darren, a resident of the area. This was a great way to hear about the place from a local perspective. The home made treats and tea were a cozy way to savor the experience.

A fantastic tour! We all thought it was grand....from my 81 year old mother down to my niece! John and Kasia made us feel like long lost friends. The tour was an easy walk up into the beautiful Burren and we loved the walking sticks that were provided at no charge. Our enthusiasm was not dimmed by the rain that... More

Our tour group visited the farm just today. We were greeted warmly and soon set off up the mountain. We stopped several times to hear about the local history, the amazing rock and life in that area. It was very interesting and beautiful. Even though we went in March and it was chilly, you could appreciate how beautiful the land... More

My wife and I truly enjoyed this tour. We were blessed with a sunny day and the views from John Connolly's family's land was remarkable and breathtaking. John was extremely knowledgeable of his family's history and culture. He left an impact on us both about the Irish we'll never forget. Truly a generous man that will make us recommend this... More

The day of this tour topped all other attractions in Ireland. The Cliffs of Moher presented such grandeur and an overwhelming sense of eternal beauty. My favorite part of the tour, however, was wandering up the hills of a farm, guided by the incredibly handsome and endearing owner John Connolly (let's not forget his equally adorable Greta). His love of... More
