This beach is on the south coast, and seems very popular with tourists and locals. There is a food cart on the beach, but not too many vendors trying to sell you stuff. It is a great spot, and has a view of amazing cliffs to the south. Great beach!

I don't know why I am writing this, this beach is quiet and underused and I want it to stay that way This was the first beach I was introduced to on my first trip to barbados 14 years ago and its still my favourite The are public facilities a food truck(mr delicious) and sunbed rentals One side of the... This was our local beach for our stay in Barbados and we really enjoyed it. The rollers are fun and not dangerous so we enjoyed riding the surf and lounging on the beach. The sand is very fine and swept daily. If you want calmer water turn the bend towards Oistins and the sea is flat there. Parking is easy... More

My husband and I came to Barbados for our first trip and stayed on Paynes Bay and then went over to Surfers POint. No waves one day and we took a ZR bus to Miami Beach. Rented beach chair and umbrella for Cheap! 10 US and it was stunning crystal clear blue and green water and soft white sand. This... More

Lifegaurd, restrooms, Mr Delicious, and a beautiful beach. What more could you ask for? There was plenty of free parking. The water and this beach were perfect.

I have had 3 wonderful months on the beautiful island of Barbados .it has many beaches but my local tops them all for me. It is clean crystal clear and blue blue with just enough of both locals and visitors to make a day at the beach interesting fun and private if that is what you require. The beach is... More

Miami beach is a lovely sheltered beach on the south coast. The part nearest Oistins is like a mill pond and the section further East is a little rougher, though the surf was never much more than a couple of feet high when we were there and kids seems happy in it. Trees offer great shade and there are a... More

This is a beautiful beach. It was clean and pretty quiet when I was there (start of July.) One side has big waves, the other side is very calm. Take your pick or spend an hour on each side! There is a shack that service inexpensive tasty food and delicious drinks. There plenty of shade trees, mostly on the rough... More

Oistins Miami Beach Barbados is by far the best location on the Island for easy swimming, family and friendly atmosphere, superb local facilities, toilets, showers after swimming, food and shops a plenty. There is even the most perfect under the palm trees shaded area for the young ones right bang in the middle of the two beaches. Perfect beach, easy... More
