My friends and I recently rented some bikes for a day hoping to take them down the hills around where we were staying. Within thirty minutes, I had to bring one of them back and went through four other bikes before one had breaks and gears that actually worked. Whilst we were out, one of the bike's chains snapped up... More

We are very sorry that your day was delayed with your bike hire. It turns out that the person issuing the bikes was doing so from a group of bikes which had been put to one side for maintenance. I am very grateful to you for repairing the chain which from time to time do break. I am also sorry... More

We hired canoes here, as we have done before. Staff really helpful, if a bit busy, and thankfully relaxed. Toilets could do with a good clean.

Recently enjoyed two lunches here whilst on holiday. A superb location; good service and nice food although a little limited in choice. The chips were excellent and very good value with a large bowl full! The home made soups were excellent too! A really nice view of Loch Inch and a nice gift shop with an excellently maintained toilets..Well worth... More

Amazing views. Free WiFi. Friendly and often knowledgeable staff (I sometimes think staffing levels are too low to cope with busy times when I've had to wait a fair while to be served). Yummy toasties! Decor a little shabby/ dated. Would be beautiful with a bit of investment. Never a bad visit here! :)

Booked lodge for family group of 5 - 2 bedrooms, 5 th bed on mezzanine - really only suitable for youth. Accessed up steep ladder, my son could not stand upright in it, and there was no electric socket there for his charger, laptop etc. there were only seats for 4 in the lounge, so one of us sat on... Writing this on behalf of my husband who attended a 3 day level 3 sailing course. Course was good, achieved my level 3 with the help of competent instructors who taught me what I needed to know. More wind would have helped - but this was not in anyone's control!!! The equipment was very good. Choice of boats. Food -... More

If you get the weather would recommend a visit, perfect for adults & kids. Wide variety of water sports including kayaks, canoe, sailing etc. all reasonably priced & great fun. You can also pay for classes which we did & kids had great fun learning to sail. The instructors are all great & know what they are talking about. All... More

Having been to Loch Garten and its nearby Osprey centre, where everything is one or two removed, i.e. watching the birds through television..Loch Insh was a treat..we could see the ospreys much closer and it felt.. wilder than in Garten. Lots of photographers were parked there and appreciative of the majestic flappping of wings over the nests. Loch Inch is... More
