With a family of 4 any night out isn't going to be cheap, but in this case we had real value for money. The food was very good and the show was amazing, very polished.

Te Vara Nui Villiage tour is a 'must do' while in Rarotonga. It's worth the extra cost to include the entire villiage tour. Initially you are greeted with refreshments (of your choice). Within the tour the hosts inform and entertain the audiance with history that relates to NZ and other islands. Finding out about the cultural differences of Cook Islands... More

Great spectacular performance and also a really good buffett. Fully recommend going. We also did the education tour sessions before hand and that is really interesting and worthwhile if you have the time. We have been to both major cultural nights on Raro and they are both very good and both equally worth a visit.

I was so impressed with Te Vara Nui, by far the best dance show, restaurant, and overall ambience. The shows performance was very authentic and wow what a pleasure to watch. I talked to the popular Mama Vara (namesake of TVN) and one of her granddaughters who was one of the performers in the show, both very gracious.

We went all-in for the combo extravaganza here: a drink, village tour, dinner and the show. Some bits of this worked well, others really annoyed us. In fact, we had conflicting emotions about the whole experience before, during and after it! The tour was well-meaning and fundamentally informative. But it was poorly structured and didn't do enough of the obvious... More

I have been to five different Island night shows in Rarotonga and as far as dancing goes this would be one of my favourite. Food was good as well and it was my mothers birthday and she was given a small cake and sung happy birthday at no extra cost. Also liked that they had a bus that took you... More

well this show was recommended to us by two tourist providers in Rarotonga and I was expecting great things. We paid for a combo - tour, dinner and show - and only the show met my expectations. The food was average, with a lack of traditional fare and the drink service was counterproductive because they took a drinks order at... More

we booked for the whole thing - culture, show and dinner and it was well worth it. The history of the Cook Island culture was informative and fun. The meal was delicious and the show was fantastic. Make sure when you visit Raro that this is the Culture show to book as there are many others doing the rounds of... More

Myself and 2 friends paid for the 2 hour village tour, buffet and culturalshow. I wasn't overly keen on the 2 hour village tour prior to going - however thoroughly enjoyed it. The tour guides were informative and entertaining and the 2 hours passed quickly. The buffet was good and the show was fantastic - all a thoroughly enjoyable evening... More
