Due to cyclone Vincent the weather was a bit too tough but the day before we departed, the sun shone and captain Tsmas lagoon cruise was a goer!! Had a fabulous time with the captains and thoroughly enjoyed the snorkeling, especially seeing the moray eels and huge blue fin tuna!! Lovely lunch and cultural experience!!

I was over in Raro for a wedding. We did this trip as a last minute hens do. An amazing day. The crew were easy going, funny and very likeable. They took us out in one of three boats to an amazing spot. We took some alcohol (optional), geared up and jumped in. Had a good 45min snorkel. Saw beautiful... More

Captain Awesome and his sub Captains did us all proud. our 21 year old daughter not only got into over her head water, she actually spent nearly the whole time in the water exploring and diving under the glass bottomed boat and exploring the rocks and reefs of the island Reserve

For about $70 odd dollars, you get a boat ride, snorkelling with amazing fish, a beach BBQ and some island entertainment - All for $70+ dollars. It fills in the best part of a day, would definitely recommend as a must do if you are travelling to Rarotonga.

We started with a cruise through the lagoon to get to our snorkeling destination. On the way out we had fun meeting the captain, and the crew, very funny and nice. The spot we snorkeled at was brilliant. Being i have always wanted to snorkel the reef and the lagoon were amazing. We then went to a small island on... More

Captain Tama's is a great day out. The boys are hilarious and make it a fun trip for everyone. Snorkeling was fantastic, lunch was delicious (and they accommodate for dietary requirements too ie chicken instead of fish and vegetarians), but the highlight would have been the sarong tying. Who knew that there are 50 ways to tie a sarong?!? We... More

Don't get me wrong this is quite a good day out, but I was just a little disappointed with the whole thing. We got away on time, always a plus, and the crew started their safety speech with a bit of comedy thrown in. The boat was a bit squashy as they tried to pack too many people on one... More

Entertaining staff made this day so much fun. Snorkelling was good- not for coral reef, but giant fish.
