Since our last visit a new building is under construction which will house the booking office and obligatory gift shop, presumably to trap you on the way out hoping you'll spend even more on overpriced items to fund it. Generally the park is well kept but some of the paths need sorting as they're uneven and not very wheelchair friendly... More

The high spot was the way in which the keepers interacted with the animals , espeicially the penguins and the otters..The park and the experience has improved beyond compare.

Amazing place to go, it was a hot day and still managed to see all the animals, all the birds and chickens are loose so they must be tame as it's a children's attraction, cheap entry fee compared to a zoo as well.! Lots of animals to see including a butterfly walkway and a bat cave, the tame animals we... More

Review based on a weekend visit four adults and two grandkids I had not heard of this place, it is very close to Howletts. I am not a huge fan of these places however I was impressed with the variety of stock and the friendliness and knowledge of the staff. Car parking ( free) was easy. Admission prices OK. An... More

This was our second visit and, again a very enjoyable and informative day.The first time we went was with the grandchildren, but this time our average age was 65. Plenty of picnic tables, very helpful and informative staff. All the animals seemed to be happy and content, especially the lions who apparently had been rescued from a French circus. We... More

Having the season ticket really helps as the kids (and adults) can come back time after time. Plenty to see and do plus the restaurant and indoor play area gives that option for a cloudy/rainy day. Tigers and Penguins are the family favourites although the Red Panda is running them a close 1st now. All the talks are very informative... More

This was our third visit, our friends first. After our recommendations they particularly wanted to go and thoroughly enjoyed. They could not believe how close up and personal they could be with the animals. Said they thought it was the best animal attraction they had ever been to and definitely want to go again. Building work going on at moment... More

What a wonderful place. The animals are so well looked after and it is very educational, talks from the keepers, all staff very friendly and helpful. The owners spend a lot of money reinvesting in the Park. So nice to visit somewhere that the animals all look happy and healthy. Lots of places to sit and eat if you take... More

Lovely day out with my 3 year old son. There is building work going on but it doesn't affect the experience. Lots of animals with the opportunity to feed the meerkats and other animałs with food that can be purchased from the shop. New baby penguins! Loved the indoor play centre. Clean and well equipped. Not too expensive for a... More
