Hardly anything worth mention in this place. There is a lake which has boating and some view points. Yes, you do get to buy nice plants from certain nurseries. Otherwise, this is a hillstation not worth going to. Atleast after seeing munnar, wayanad etc, this is nothing. If you love driving, as i do, and wish to go for a... More

The travel is through the hairpin bends hilly roads - travel will be around 30-45 Minutes There are around 20+ bends , need a careful driving as this roads are narrow and traffic is both the way of road Travel through this is not preferred during evenings/nights

There's a lot to wonder and explore this place. Very good especially for bikers glory. This land of marvel should be safe guarded from being itched for real estates. If govt can leverage ob more funding for modernization this is one amazing place for int tourism.

You can reach this hill very easily with in 20 minutes or so. No vomiting no giddiness during the travel and really you can enjoy the deriving. Very good hotels and resorts are there. The climate is excellent.

If you are looking for a nice weekend and do not wish to travel a lot, this place is definitely worth visiting. The road is very nice and scenic. If you do not get bookings in Yercaud you can book hotels in Salem (30kms) Grand Estancia is nice place to stay.

Yercaud is one of good hill station in Tamil Nadu. The climate will be awesome and very good for photo shoot. There is no much place to visit, if you have bike then its good advantage. And its very cheap too, for average family can enjoy their trip.

Not much action packed in this place. But a good getaway for weekends. If you are drivable distance from Salem its a good place. The food is also ok but at select place and its more known as Poor Man's Ooty
