We live locally and are members so visit regularly. Compared to the other RHS Gardens Rosemoor is fairly compact so easily manageable ! Always plenty to see at all times of the year. Our young grandchildren love to go as they are usually with us at school holiday time when there are excellent activitities for youngsters. They also love the... More

We were lucky to visit under blue skies in January and were surprised to find how much there was to see and how much was in flower at this time of the year. An easy place to walk around in spite of the amount of rain we've had recently. Particularly enjoyed the relatively new arboretum. Also enjoyed a break for... More

Beautiful gardens at any time of year. There are many events through the year held for both adults and children. The food in the restaurant is always lovely if a little pricey

We visit here a lot as any time of the year there is always something to look at. The gardens are beautiful and very well kept and you can walk any where and the kids are encouraged to explore, touch and smell. The cafe can carry a little pomp sadly and having 4 young children you are aware that your... More

My mother-in-law and I went at the beginning of November for a girls' day out. Not an ideal time of year to visit a garden you might think, but not so. It was lovely - so much to see and fabulous autumn colour from the wide variety of trees. We strolled around every inch. All the staff were friendly and... More

Just so much to see and do here - of course, the plants, trees and formal gardens, but also the wild walks, the exhibitions and the summer concerts. A favourite place to be.

Not cheap for nonRHS members but you can spend all day here! In the summer the far café in Lady Anne's Garden is lovely.
