The pink magnolia tree outside the lounge window was stunning in mid March. This is a large apartment with everything you need. Extremely well furnished and very comfortable. This was our second stay, and we will be back at a different time of year. So much to see nearby.

I love Wisley and live fairly near to the garden., but Prefer Rosemoor. Risemoor is smaller and I love the garden rooms, the kitchen gardens and Lady Anne's garden. Small shop and plant centre but still lots to see and do

First visit for a little while as we are members and do visit quite frequently. There was a lot of events taking place last Saturday and the car parks were fairly full. But despite looking like it might be very crowded, there is plenty of room for everybody. Lunch was very good and the restaurant area has recently been refurbished.... More

These gardens are well worth a visit, especially with young children. Took my grandchildren this half-term and they loved it, we all ended up making "bug hotels" in the Education Centre much to the delight of the children! The gardens were magnificent with a great array of snowdrops and camellias - every season is so different and I always enjoy... More

We are RHS members and were nearby on holiday so had to visit. The gardens are excellent, as they are at our local RHS garden in Harrogate. There is a large variety of different areas so I expect that there will be plenty to see at any time of the year. We used the small cafe in the gardens, I... More

Even on a cold early January afternoon these well maintained and interesting gardens have so much to offer and fill ones head with with ideas and plans for rearranging ones own garden. It was so interesting to see developments since our last visit fifteen years ago. . As RHS members living in France there are few opportunities to take full... More

A really enjoyable afternoon, thought this would just be a couple of hours on our way to the seaside but there was so much to see and do that we were here for an entire afternoon. The gardens and woodland areas are beautiful, we had fun following the trail they had on for children and finding all the points of... More

If you are into gardening or photography this place has it all. I used to visit regularly with the camera when I lived in the area and all year round different areas look great. There is also a couple of nice play areas for children to let of steam!

I'm a garden lover and have been here a couple of times whilst visiting the in laws in Bideford. Even though it's winter and there are no flowers to colour the place up there is still so much to see and get inspiration from for our garden. There was also a sculpture exhibition on when we visited which added to... More
