I have to say it was an awful day with the weather but the gardens were amazing and it didn't matter about the weather. I do have one or two issues: 1. Ok it's a charity but if I am paying nearly £10 to go in I do expect the toilets to be of a certain standard, everywhere. 2.the restaurant... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our day here. The roses are at their best and it was lovely to get the names for them all. All the different areas are so beautifully maintained and new areas are being developed all the time. The vegetable garden area gave us a lot of good ideas for small gardens and we look forward to trying... More

This is a fantastic place to visit especially at this time of year when the roses are spectacular. We have been here several times and always enjoy it. Our three year old loved smelling the flowers and doing the trail we were given. There's a lovely playground too. If you are going to eat in the renowned restaurant be prepared... More

What an amazing array of Roses but also some interesting walks throughout the year. Some great tours at this weekend. Looking forward to using the annual membership for return visits with friends for free..

This is a magical garden to visit. We started with a good lunch in the light and airy restaurant and then explored the woodland garden, fruit & veg gardens, Stone and foliage gardens and the truly magnificent rose garden. There was even a goldfinch sitting atop a pergola singing for us! We could have sat and watched the dragonflies and... More

Surprisingly compact and brilliantly cared for. The roses in particular were such a delight. The grounds had so many plants, trees and shrubs to view. Parking was very easy, and included shade parking if preferred. Toilet facilities were good and there was a tea room as well as a restaurant.

I cannot praise Rosemoor Gardens highly enough. I have visited here several times and have always come away happy and feeling very peaceful. This is an incredibly beautiful, serene, colourful, peaceful and happy place. There is so much to see and all of it so beautiful and interesting. There is a wonderful vegetable garden with a fruit one nearby. Fantastic... More

...but of course summertime is particularly excellent. A pleasant stroll takes you along colourful borders, across lush lawns, through inspiring vegetable gardens and allotments, or into more natural glades. The cafe offers delicious food - including gluten-free choices - and I have never yet made it past the plant shop without making a purchase or two... If you're a keen... More

My first visit to Rosemoor. Ample parking, shaded or not, nice to have the option. We parked in the woodlands and had our own picnic, tranquil and very peaceful. It is £10 entry and worth every penny when you spend the hours walking around. The formal gardens are interesting and delightful, beautiful scents from the roses but it can get... More
