We contacted Katy because of the excellent reviews on trip advisor, and Yaka diving did not disappoint us. They were absolutely wonderful. They had a Go Pro that we could rent, because our camera got water damaged in Bora Bora. They were kind and friendly and made us feel welcome. Everything ran very smoothly. We had five wonderful dives and... More

We chose Y AKA after they were recommended by Pacific For Less and couldn't have been happier with our experience from start to finish. We dove the second week of April for a total of 10 dives, 9 in Tiputa Pass and 1 in Avaturu. You couldn't beat the 3 minute walk from the Kia Ora to the shop. Many... More

Chose them because they had a boat with a ladder and were responsive…LOVED LOVED LOVED THEM. We had two very novice snorkelers and they accompanied them and helped make them comfortable. They made sure we all saw the shark, eel, etc. and after snorkeling a great reef we went out to try to find dolphins. THREE mama and baby pairs... More

Absolutely amazing dives, saw manta rays, turtles, eel, dolphins, eagle rays, barracuda and lots of other fish species. J-Marie is a very professional instruction, very patient and took the time to look after me (I wasn't feeling well and could not equalise in one ear). I truly recommend this little dive shop. I had a wonderful experience.

We booked this excursion on line while we were on our cruise. They wanted payment up front. They picked us up on the dock and took us by boat to their "shop" where we were given wet suits and equipment if we needed it then they took us to a nearby place to snorkel. After that they took us to... More

My nephew and I had a perfect diving experience with this small and excellent dive shop. Katy and Marco are great divers who love what they do. They are fun and very safe. We had extraordinary dives...saw dolphin (including babies) on 3 separate dives; saw 3 Great Hammerheads...one 12-15 feet (huge). We saw 13 Eagle Rays flying across the bottom...probably... More

I recommend diving or snorkelling with Y AKA without any doubt. Marco and Katy (the owners) are involved themselves with everything. From the email contact (which was fast and professional) until the dives themselves. Marco led the dive I did and he is very good, friendly and professional. He picked me up from the ferry pier (I arrived by cruise... More

As non-divers, we were anxious to find a snorkeling trip during our cruise ship stop in Rangiroa on January 1, 2015. This could not have been better. We were able to set it up and confirm easily by email. A day or two before the excursion, we got email asking if we could come at a different time (only if... More

I and my husband was on honeymoon. After 6days in Bora Bora island we visited Rangiroa only for scubadiving. Our first dive was with Top Dive at which we were booked for three dives by easytahiti.com. It was a refresh dive and took only 10mins after 30mins waiting on the boat!! We was very disappointed with its service, and decided... More
