Beautiful temple complex but unnecessary hype created by temple management. No rush but still have to pass through wingding maze of about 1.5 KM after paying Rs.250 per person. They have cleverly printed on ticket that receipt is issued for SEVA and not an entry ticket. Which SEVA I am surprised ! The flowers we offered were placed no where... More

This place is around 210KM from Bangalore and this would be the 3rd time i am visiting this place. Since this place is within 200KM from Bangalore, i used to visit this place when my relatives come to Bangalore. One had to take Hosur and Krishnagiri high way road and take a left towards Chennai after Krishnagiri. Since the journey... More

Temple is magnificent and beautiful. Architect, structure, Path. exceptionally great and clean maintained. Need not pay 250 Rs for special darshan as normal ones are also good and manageable.

When one hears of the Golden Temple, the image that comes to our mind is that of the famous Golden Temple in Amritsar until of course you visit this huge and sprawling temple in Thirumalaikodi in Vellore. The entire township is flourishing because of this temple. The official website is http://www.sripuram.org. It is 226 kms from Bangalore & about 150... More

The overall temple view and atmosphere is excellent. Can be crowded at times, and you will have to plan your timing in advance. Feels like a totally different world altogether! Wonderful place.
