We chanced upon Ao Por Pier on the north eastern end of the island while exploring in our car. It appeared that a lot of the larger boats and ferries took off to Phang Nga Bay from here. Not wanting to join a hoard of people, we enquired with the little kiosk advertising long tail boat tours, just to the... More

This area is not to be missed. It was by far the most scenic area we visited in Phuket. We had initially booked with another touring company. But they decided to cancel the tour due to the weather. We then rebooked with a company that was going out that day. The weather actually turned out to be great. I was... More

We stayed at villa Dinadi in Nai Harn, which was fantastic,by the way, and discovered in the housebook a different way to visit Phang Na Bay with Ko Panyee and James Bond Island for a fraction of the price of tour organisers . We were 5 adults and rented a car for a 1000 THB a day at Boom Boom... More

This was definitely a highlight of our 28 day tour of Asia. We went on cruise ine tour that took a 3-engine speed boat to Phang Nga bay. The scenery was spectacular with huge limestone outcropping, sheer cliffs, massive overhanging, all covered with wonderful stalagmites and stalactites. We went through several caves by boat and passed by James Bond Island... More

Massive lime stone outcrops towering out of the sea, sea caves leading to lagoons, it's a photographers dream destination. We were taken by sea canoe into caves leading to hidden lagoons lined with trees. We would never have known they were there. A massive boat moored alongside our speed boat and proceeded to offload canoes for us all - very... More

We took the tour from Phuket to the bay boat which took about an hour and half ride for us. As you cruise through the bay, you are surrounded by mangroves and breathtaking mountains and hills. This is a photo op, you can not get on this trip without snapping photos of the hills. As we cruised the bay, we... More

Enjoy the beautiful Phang Nga Bay area. Many many cruise options (from Phuket at least) other impersonal and cheap others more relaxed but come with the extra charge. Would definitely do this trip over again. Wonderful scenery cruising through the many Islands of the bay.

What a fun day we had fishing with friends in Phang Nga Bay. This was a private booking and we went with Captain Mark from Phuket Sail Tours on his sail boat. Not that many fish were caught but it was still a fantastic day with swimming, eating and drinking. We went in the afternoon so we could be out... More

WE were part of a cruise ine tour that spent the day on Phang Nga bay. Ti is a beautiful place and fun to be on a boat and explore little inlets, floated past James Bond Island which was packed with tourists and we did not go ashore. WE did stop on the floating village which was interesting to see... More
