It is your average park with a large concrete area in front, some kite flying but the entrance is around the back. You need to pay to get in and there is a higher tourist fee (yeah they spotted me). There is a small museum about the tower up front, a buddhist shrine / prayer area, fortune teller, rock pillar... More
