Next to Pagudpud this is the beast beach in Main Island of Luzon. But the downside is the people who visited this beach. It's their trash.

Patar Beach is quit a long drive down a small and bumpy road. Once you get there the beach pretty good size with a lot of sandy area along the water. The water is crystal clean, warm and not very deep. You can walk a long ways before it starts to get up to your waist. There are bamboo huts... More

The drive to Bolinao is extremely long. I would say however that reaching the Patar beach is worth the haul. The water is crystal clear, like you can really see through it when you open your eyes underwater, you'd forget it's saltwater! There are also lots of tropical fishes swimming in the shallow which is a wonderful sight. I'd say... More

We were able to visit the famous Patar Beach last April 29. It really has a fine golden brown sand and the sea water is clear. The beach is amazing. I just hope its beauty will be maintained. Go and visit it sometime soon!

We were there on Labor Day weekend so you can imagine how crowded the beach was. The water looked inviting, and i can imagine the sunset would be beautiful to see from there, but we were turned off my the crowd and the amount of garbage scattered around the beach. Since we cannot expect everyone to be environmentally responsible, perhaps... More

One word to describe the place. The pictures were quite misleading. It's not a good place for peace and quiet seekers.

There is no entrance fee but everything is sold super overpriced and they charge you for almost everything you do there. We went there recently April 17, 2015 and we will not come back anymore. To give you an idea we went there for overnight, we need to rent a small nipa hut that on for 4,000 pesos which include... More

The beach is nice with its yellowish sand, the water clear. Visitors need to clean up after themselves to maintain its appeal. Many cottages for rent n bar bq

We are so excited to See the beach of Patar, Bolinao last Saturday. But we are not satisfied sa beach kasi lowtide, madaming coral ( kaya masakit sa papa at tumatama ka pagnasa mababaw ka) overcrowded pa. Malayo yung byahe at hindi kami sulit sa beach. Although people are very accomodating, friendly sa pinagstay namin resort.
