This was truly one of the best things I have done in my life! The staff were so helpful, friendly, and professional. I travelled from Hastings on a Monday morning just for the bridge swing and it was well worth the 6-7 hour round trip. We were the only ones there that day and felt like we had the entire... More

The gorge and view of the river are really something. The detour from the main road is very well signposted and the road is good. Friendly helpful staff and alternatives to the Bungee jump for the faint hearted.

Gravtiy Canyon was one of the stops my Red Carpet Tours group made. Overall, the staff was really friendly and helpful. I went tandem with another girl in my group and the specialists did make a few jokes about not knowing how to attach two people, but once I got on the platform and started freaking out, they were helpful... I had the best, scariest time of my life. Me and a friend planned to do the fox swing and within 5 minutes we were persuaded to do a bungee swing instead being told we would not regret it! It was amazing, the staff were so relaxed that it made me feel so safe! After the swing I nearly did... More

Had the best time. If your looking for a scenic drive with a thrill at the end then "Gravity canyon" is the place to stop in. So go and see "Tomo" and the gang for the time of your life. They have a flying fox, a bungy jump and a bungy swing all as mad as the other, plus a... More

I started the day not planning to jump at all but after seeing a few jumps from the viewing platform, decided to take the plunge, so to speak. Tried out all three activities (Flying Fox, Swing and Bungy Jump) and loved them all. The staff were all very helpful and kind (especially when I almost chickened out on the bungy... More

Having already done a bungee jump and skydive in South Island I wanted to try something different. The guys there recommended I do the Canyon swing. They convinced me and two other mates to sign up. It was a little nerve wracking waiting for all 5 bungee jumpers to go ahead of us. Then seeing how both my mates were... More

Gravity Canyon has Bungi Jumping and the Giant Swing, but one for the less adventurous try the Flying Fox. Given as a gift by the family we, with lots of trepidation, did it. It was fantastic travelling about 1km at about 160kph down a canyon. The hardest part was climbing up the hill to the topmost point and then the... More
