A visit to this gallery is a must. Mick's range of subject and painting techniques are varied and interesting. The lighting in the gallery is good and there are images to satisfy the needs of visitors to Northumberland, as well as for the indigenous population. It's close to the Jolly Fisherman - a visit to both makes a visit to... More

Visiting the store during my trip I was taken aback on not just a stunning gallery but also the stunning village in which the gallery is situated in. I had to buy a piece of art to remind me of my trip The lady running the store, I'm afraid I didn't get her name, was really friendly and helpful. I... More

Last time we bought one of his paintings. His land and seascapes are all of the local area and a lovely reminder of holidays past once you're home. The jewellery and glass work are also excellent quality. Not to be missed.

We have now bought two of Mick Oxley's paintings for our holiday home in Craster, and love the depth they display, and how the seascapes are so alive and vibrant. Mick is very talented and we love to browse - but suspect another purchase may be in the offing!

apart from being a lovely gallery with lots of tempting items, when we broke a necklace, a while after buying it, and took it back in hope that it could be fixed, it came back to us in two days by mail, repaired and ready to go. brilliant service. well worth a visit.

Mick's paintings are stunningly beautiful and capture some of the great views from Craster itself. The prints make wonderful presents- as do the jewelery, candles and plates etc.

A little gem offering art to suit most pockets. Jewellery , paintings, woodwork and carvings. Not a big shop in size but plenty to see

The pictures and prints are fantastic, and the prints are quite affordable. Good to know this is here for present buying.

Craster- Northumberland Coast . Kippers Crabs , coffee shops Dunstanburgh castle and now this great gallery run by local artist Mick Oxley. His work is by far the best and could do to feature more strongly. great venue and good coffee shop opposite . crafts, reasonable priced originals and prints, good selection of cards . well worth a visit .
