I went here on October 12, 2005. I took the bus (#66) from Asahigawa. (There are 4 a day from April 'till October 15, then 2 a day for the rest of the year). It took and hour and cost Y1000 ($10). The bus dropped me right in front of the cable car station. The round trip was Y1800 ($18).... more
