Yala National Park is one of the best national park in Asia to watch closely Leopard, Elephants and Special Kinds of Birds. And we do arrange also nice Tours to watch birds to see including flamingos. And also you can go with our tours to Udawalawa Park too which is also becoming a famous safari place in Sri Lanka where it is possible to see animals with lots of elephants. We are arranging these tours successfully with lots of recommended from the customers and now almost since 15 years we are doing our service and it is not over telling that we are having the most best experiences on this subject as we have born to this Jungle area with the blessings of the nature to grow up with all its advantages. The Crocodile Hunter "Steve Irwin" who we can’t forget ever because I could have 9 days spent with him in the jungle while Mr. Steve was preparing an international program called "Island of Snake" and I was lucky that I was selected for his work around here with my Land Rover Jeep.

In a nutshell: very good driver (Dillan) but car was below expectations / not as advertised PRO - big up to our driver, who was clearly above the others. He knew exactly where to go and when there were a lot of cars around a sighting he managed to position ourselves strategically. Our car and 5 others got onto a... More

Wonderful safari experience with Dilshan (Our Driver). We saw the leapord , bear, elephant, peacock, wildboar and crocodiles. Dilshan was very friendly and efficient. We strongly recommend Ajith Safari to anyone. Take breakfast with you or take packed breakfast from the hotel, as you will be very hungry after 5 hours.(5am - 10am)

Booked my safari tour with them one night before after reaching tissa. Was given clear details and pricing information about the next day. The driver picked us up on time and gave a call before reaching the hotel. Once we were on our way we picked other co tourists. We made our way into yala park quarter past six and... More

We had a very good safari with Ajith Safari Jeep Tours. Our driver is very knowledgeable and had a very sharp eyes. We were very lucky to see 2 leopards with a cub, tusk elephants, deer's, jackals, crocs, wild boars, and many more other animals and birds. It was really nice experience and recommended to other travelers too.

After reading all the great comments on here we thought we had to book with Ajith, which we did. Unfortunately I failed to see what the difference was in this service compared to the alternative cheaper operators. Firstly got picked up on time the driver didn't introduce himself just pointed to get in the car. We then went and picked... More

Called up the night before, like previous reviewers, and went the next day. We saw all the animals, except couldn't spot a leopard unfortunately. 5 hours is the shortest option and it's a long time when you're sitting the whole time. Very friendly staff.

The top-class vehicle collected us promptly at 5am and the driver was exceptional throughout the entire day. Upon entry into the park we collected a trainee guide and between them they gave us an unforgettable experience. His knowledge and ability to spot even the smallest wildlife was astounding. At times we wonders why we were going agains the other traffic,... More

We booked the safari tour of four hours when we arrived at the Ajith Safari Lodge the night before. Woke up at 4am to get on the safari that starts at 5am. Hopped in a pick up like all other tour operators. Headed for the Yala reserve. Saw numerous species of birds, wild and water buffalos, not to mention the... More

We followed the Trip Advisor reviews and booked a trip with Ajith the night before. given our programme we opted to take an afternoon trip but left at 13:00 so had a few extra hours which was worth it. We missed a mad rush and except for the last 45 minutes when there was a convoy to the gate were... More
