The beaches in this area are as good as any others in the world, albeit the waters off Scotland do not encourage bathing and the opportunity for getting a tan can be very limited.

Nice walk, however there are alot better places in the area to explore. Old bbqs left on the beach made me grumble.

Have visited the Silver Sands of Morar a few times but mostly in the Spring or Summer... this visit was at the end of October and a little wet, but irrelevant with the dramatic scenery and autumnal colours as a backdrop. Hope it remains as unspoiled forever.

Stunning beach and area. Sand is soft and white. Beautiful little cove tucked away on the road to the Isles. Well worth the visit.
