Really looking forward to visiting this zoo. We wanted to have a look around on a paid visit before potentially booking it for a birthday party. Turned up today 15/04/15 and it was closed (Easter break half term). Nothing on web site to inform customers. Disappointing!. Please treat your customers better than this. We had heard lots of good things.... More

Visited today's open day at the outdoor centre. The rain really put a dampener on things (pun intended), but the staff were really helpful. We got absolutely soaked on the high ropes, so the staff brought us waterproof coats and opened the student bar so that we could dry off and eat our packed lunches. My only regret is that... More

We visited as a large group over Easter. The facility is small and friendly and the price reflects what's on offer. It should be noted that this is a college first and foremost who has cleverly incorporated a commercial operation. Go and enjoy but you won't need more than a couple of hours.

Had a great day 8th April. Weather helped also. Lots of lovely animals to see. The kids loved it. All staff friendly and welcoming. Zip wire was great fun... At an additional cost which I think should be advertised more clearly. Was a lovely surprise at how nice it was in the zoo. defintely worth the trip

I recently visited Kirkley Hall with my nieces and nephew of varied ages and we thoroughly enjoyed it. I was surprised how much there was to see and found the price on entry very reasonable, also they tend to have offers on regularly. Great day out!

My family and myself visited on Easter Monday and we were very pleased with the animal area but the play area and especially the cafe let the rest of the visit down.

Thank you for your review, I am delighted you enjoyed your visit to the zoological gardens. I am obviously disappointed to hear that you felt the play area and tea room let the place down, if you are able to provide any more information on this I would be very interested to hear from you so we can improve on...
