We came here on Tuesday with our almost 11 year old. I wasn't sure if there would be enough to keep him occupied but he spotted the go carts on the way in and that was him happy. The farm tour was fun and hands on you get to hold and pet the animals which is great. And it lasts... More

Lovely placed however I thought this was overpriced we had done everything in 2 hours, I would epext a full day out for nearly £30, or more than 2 hours at least. I know they do the tours for safety however I felt this was very staged I would have liked to have the freedom to view what we wanted... More

Really impressed with this farmyard where you are given a personal tour, which is clearly explained by chloe on arrival. our tour guide Ryan was really good with kids, and had lots of patience. Answered questions. Lots of animals to hold and just wonderful to feed the lambs. Lovely experience all round. good play area indoors and lovely cafe. Well... More

This is the only place like it that I have ever come across. A bit like a Wacky Warehouse but with adults allowed - no, encouraged - to take part, and in a farm setting. I was introduced to it when my son, who happens to be Down Syndrome, was taken there by the family of one of his friends... More

Visited here with a 4 year old. Neither of us had been here before. We were given a very warm welcome and ticket options explained fully. We decided to do the whole farm tour which was just fantastic. Emily took us around and for over an hour we petted, groomed and fed a huge amount of animals. Emily was extremely... More

Having visited many times and not been disappointed , we decided to book our little boys 3rd birthday party here , and I have to say it exceeded all of our expectations , our party organisers were luke and phoebe and we feel they could not have done more to accommodate us , everything ran so smoothly and we felt... Average place which is ok if you have kids to keep amused. Other places in Bedale better for grown ups. Upstairs at Institution recommended.

We visited with our almost two year old daughter kind of expecting the usual children's farm type affair that we've visited before. However the guided tour that we got was absolutely fantastic with a very friendly guide showing our tour group a huge variety of animals which we could hold or stroke, as well as letting the children brush some... Visited her 8/8/15 and had a brilliant day with my 2 children aged 6 and 4. They loved the barrel ride and farm tour. Staff are really friendly and helpful always willing to help. Great day out will definitely return.
