The tour around the lake itself to me is an amazing experience! We managed to take a short hike to the waterfall and take a dip...Refreshing! The stop to the local herb garden will introduce you to the famous long jack or the local call it tongkat ali and kacip fatimah... There are tasting sample for you to try...

Nice place for family outing. Can do with better sign boards and brochures. The boat ride in the lake is enjoyable. Convenient places for family picnics.

This lake is quite breathtaking with it's enormous size and small islands and tree crowns showing up everywhere. The water has a beautiful color and there are many small sights with waterfalls and stunning views. The lake is defiantly worth a visit!

Don't expect too much of the boathouse, it is basic with communal toilets, no hot... More

The elephant sanctuary is new. It's only six months old. The maps printed and the GPS will tell you to go to another location. That old location is very far away. 50 Km of winding roads before you realise its an old abandoned spot. Then you drive back to realise that the new sanctuary is soo much nearer. A total... More

Tasik Kenyir boasts of being the largest man made lake in SEA. And its true. Its goes on and on and on. Its 260 sq km spread with 300+ small islands, which were hills sometime and a number of small and big waterfalls. Its so peaceful that you can spend whole day just quietly sitting on the banks and jetty... More
