The hotel is just average. Maintenance of the property could be improved. The staff is quite friendly though!

Great service and eye-catching view of nature. Very nice place to relax and unwind. Breathtaking view of the sea from my room . Make sure you ask for it upon check-in. Food was great especially all seafoods are available.Nice & friendly staff to accommodate you.

Environment The beach is really nice, beautiful and rather clean. It's relaxing to stay at the beach. Accommodation The resort is terrible. Super thin wall and poor sound proof. Can hear noises from your neighbor room easily. Only body soap provided. No hair shampoo, conditioner, tooth paste and brush, hair dryer, kettle. Poor old tv back in 80s. The couch... More

The beach was lovely, the staff were attentive. They replaced a spilled drink at no cost. After only being there 1 day a staff member at the water sports centre remembered our names (wish we could remember his).

stayed next door and came here for a look. It looks like a totally dead place in desperate need of renovation. It was like it had been shut down and falling apart...dont stay here!! next door at the beach resort has nice rooms and a pool.

Apologies, just to add on to my previous post. The reason why I am so unsatisfied is that, the cost of a night stay is approximately the same as in nirwana resort hotel. Prices similar, conditions extremely different. 180 Sing Dollars a night for this kind of accomodation. I advise all not to stay here.

Our trip to the Elephant Park at Nirwana Gardens was unforgettable. My mom and I were made to feel at ease riding these huge creatures and chatted away with the Mahouts who were more than happy to practice their English. After a 30 minute trek we returned to the park for photos and the Mahouts were happy to snap away... More
