Amazing place to spot big cats

Stay was awesome. We stayed at tented hut, which was very clean and spacious. Food was average, a bit spicy. Safari was also nice, we were lucky to spot a leopard in the wild.

We have been to Parambikulam on 25th Feb 2015. We stayed in “Inland Nest”. It’s a wonderful place for Nature lovers. It’s hard to explain the experience, you need to feel it. The place is very well maintained by the Kerala Government. Our experience with a Team which came along to take care of us is unforgettable. Sulaiman was the... More

Me and my friend went to visit this sanctuary. I have checked the website of the Parambikulam Wildlife Sanctuary and it was given that we can enter the sanctuary with our own vehicle and then we can do the safari with their vehicle. So me and my friend went with the bike. We have reached the check post of Tamil... More

Went to Parambikulam Tiger Reserve as a couple in Jan 2015. Because we were not from India we made our booking by an agent in Cochin (TSI). Booking was very easy, but was only possible one month in advance. Reaching the Tented Niche accomodation was not very easy. Had to pay several entrance fees and these were not listed on... More

Amazing place well nestled in the evergreens of Kerala. Offers a wide variety of animals including the Tiger for those very lucky ones. I spent a few days in the cottages/tents and did the night safari which proved to be more than what i was hoping for. As the sanctuary bus was undergoing maintenance, we were allowed to do the... We have stayed in tree top hut Thunakadavu on 29th Jan 2015. The cost of the room is only Rs.4000. The agent(dont want to reveal the name)got 6000+500 for the same. He didn't give bill to us and he said that he will arrange taxi for Rs.3000 because taxi is mandatory to stay in Thunakadavu,as the distance between the mess... More

This was my third Southern India wildlife sanctuary and for seeing wildlife it was the best. Chinnar (near Munnar) was very beautiful and there was certainly fresh evidence of elephants and our guide tried very hard to find some for us to see, but it wasn't to be. We saw bison from a distance and the best was seeing some... More
