So glad we made this trip in March 2012! We went on the 3 day 2 night camping on Isla Coiba with our 2 college aged sons for spring break. It was a beautiful pristine island that we were able to appreciate with the kayaking/snorkeling/hiking and camping with Michael as our guide. We have had camping and backpacking experience so... I booked a 6-day kayaking and camping trip to Coiba Island with Fluid Adventures in February 2012. The owner, Michael McKenzie, required payment of the $1185 cost of the trip in advance by wire transfer, which I duly paid. A few weeks before the trip, I received an email from Mr McKenzie to say that he had had to cancel... More

This was the first time in 4 yrs of operating that I was in the position of having to alter a trip and yes, I made a monetary mistake at the end of the trip in sorting out the difference, with regret. Regarding the activities of this trip, what wasn't mentioned was the strong winds and storms that blew in... More

I can't swim and don't like to camp but I did this amazing Adventure/camping/snorkeling/kayaking trip to Isla Coiba with my grown daughter and sister. We used a group called Fluid Adventures and I walked away very impressed. Mike was very attentive, used quality equipment and did an amazing job with our daily meals. I ended up calling him the "Italian... More

Michael took us on a kayaking/snorkeling trip to Isla Coiba. It was a wonderful experience; well organised, nice kayaks, and fantastic snorkeling. Michael took good care of us during the whole trip, serving a nice lunch, breakfast and dinner. More

My husband and I and 2 friends did a 3 night snorkel and kayak trip to Coiba with Michael (Fluid Adventures) just a couple weeks ago. This was the highlight of our 3 weeks in Panama! On the boat ride out there were dolphins jumping in the waves, and it only got better from there. Everyday we sea kayaked to... More

In April 2010 we went to Isla de Coiba with Fluid Adventures Panama. We arranged this trip a few months earlier by email with Michael. He waited for us the day we arrived in Santa Catalina and very soon we were on our way to this beautiful island. Michael brought food, camping gear, and his kayaks were already waiting for... More

My husband and I did the 3 day snorkel/kayak trip to Coiba Island and were extremely happy with the experience. Michael was easy to work with both in regard to planning our trip and with the actual trip. He met all of our expectations for an incredible time. Food was geat especially the french toast for breakfast and pineapple garbonzo... More

I finished a weeklong trip that allowed me to mellow out and enjoy the kayaking, snorkelling and camping while spending the evenings being serenaded by the sounds of the jungle and the waves on the beach. This back to nature trip is located on Isla Coiba, a National Park of Panama and a UNESCO Heritage site. Both Michael and Javier... More

We just spent 4 days with Michael on his Coiba Adventure Tour and had a terrific time. You have to know going in that you're camping out and you're going to be dirty, sweaty and bitten by bugs. But the whole experience is so much fun because the kayaking is superb, the snorkeling amazing and the flora/fauna are fascinating. Michael... More

We visited Isla Coiba with Fluid Adventures in February/March of 2009. It was an amazing experience & I'm so glad we decided to do it! I would recommend it for travellers looking for an authentic wildlife experience that is off the beaten path & unique. We spent 5 days 4 nights camping & kayaking around the island. In that time...
