The clog and cheese shop is at the bottom of the drive for the hotel, its definately worth a look as the family are very friendly. Be prepared for the smell, you need a strong stomach :)

If you find yourself in Katwoude, Holland (The Netherlands) then do stop at a cheese farm. I suggest Irene Hoeve since they make both cheese and wooden shoes in one location. You'll get an explanation of how the Edam cheese is made, then how wooden shoes are made, and then you can browse their gift store where there is a...
