Just had to try this Loboc River Cruise. I read that its better to be early than late, so we arrived at the site around 1130am for the lunch cruise. We were ushered by our driver to the Long River Cruise, as there are other different operators of the cruise. Buffet lunch for 350 per person (children pay half), then... More

We enjoyed the nice serene Loboc river cruise with a male singer on board singing all the oldies songs. Along the way we could view the tiny Busay Falls and also stopped by for a raft performance entertained by the local villagers there.

I think you can have the cruise in the afternoon for lunch but we had it for dinner instead. Unfortunately we didn't see any fireflies! The food was okay, nothing really special but good enough if you came from a long trip or tour. They don't provide extra condiments which was a little disappointing. And don't worry about getting sea... More

The trip up and down the river is very enjoyable. The food selection in the buffet is generic and mostly seafood, so if you are or have a companion allergic to seafood/fish their choices are even more limited. There is a live performer on the boat and his singing is ok, nothing special. The great parts are the view and... More

enjoy luncheon on the boat while down the Lobok river while the boat crew entertained with top songs. The whole family really enjoyed this attraction... relax after visited chocolate hills, hanging bridge, and several old buildings. Traditional dance performances at some point also quite interesting, especially when we were allowed to dance with them.

View, culture, and food. The tour takes you along the Loboc river and is very relaxing. There will be stopover stations along the way where local children will be performing music and dances. Don't be a scrooge and place something on the donation box for these children. The food is average though, but good enough.

The cruise was okay. There was nothing special to it. The food wasn't all that bad. It was, however, unhygienic as flies would dwell upon the food. If you're planning on trying the river cruise, you'd better have a liking for lots and lots of plants and old and young men and women singing rather amusing songs.

The boats looked ordinary with tables and chairs set up for the buffet lunch served on board. It was far from a luxurious cruise but it was definitely an enjoyable experience! I was with my husband and 2 kids and we wanted to taste and experience provincial food and entertainment. The loboc river cruise was it! The buffet served local... More

We went as a big group on the river cruise so got a group discount and a singer included (he was fantastic and a great laugh). The food was good, though it did give a few of us a jippy tummy, but what didn't! It is well worth the cost (which isn't a lot any way). Make sure you go... More
