We had a great time at the caves but this trip is not for those with small children or physical issues! We walked up and down over 400 steps including two iron spiral stairways that were wet. The cave is beautiful but I was sorry to see that it is not being conserved as well as other caves. The boat... More

This caves has an ice extra, a boat trip at the end of the visit. The higher the water level, the better the experience! This cave is not to big so don't count to spend a hole day here. Certainly worth the trip!

this is a very unique cave system that goes far into the "mountain" and gives you an all around cave experience with a lovely walk with amazing views of the power and uniqueness of mother nature and boat trip in the lower cave systems. I went with my retired parents who had no issues walking or climbing the steps to... More

I visited this attraction with a group of colleagues. It was not my first visit to caves, but first time to have a boat trip under the surface. We had a young guide, who did the boat tour few times before only and had to help him pushing from the rocks :) I must say, that one has to be... More

Travelling to Belgium in May was always going to be a risk weather wise, but on our one wet day we took a drive to the Grottes de Remouchamps. The caves entrance is situated right in the middle of the town, close to the main bridge crossing the river, there are lots of free parking spots around and access to... More

Well worth a visit when you're in the neighbourhood and like Mother Nature's wonders of the world. It's a beautiful and large cave, mind you though in the tour are about 380 steps. At the end of the tour you'll experience a boat trip back to the entrance, which is a great experience.

We went to the caves in August, arriving just after they had opened (10am), so there were no long queues. Parking was easy and free nearby; the ticket booth takes card payments, and they speak English. The walk into the caves is fine, but not if you don't like dark or confined spaces of course! Wear sensible shoes; at least... More

Nestled in the village of Remouchamps, Belgium is the nice diversion known locally as the Grottes de Remouchamps. A guided tour (they spoke Dutch, French, German and English on my tour) starts every hour and a half (or so). You walk the (very slippery) pathways for half of this tour and then ride what was called the longest underground boat... More
