Great for a bit of shade

great fun with the family, and good value. We played for 2 hours, in the shade under the trees and had an ice cream at the bar and terrace.

Dont miss this beautiful place, take a pedalo on lake Annecy, stroll though the narrow streets full of flowers, quant little bridges, torest shops and shops full of french delicacies. A lovely charming place, very relaxing with the views of the alps and mont Blanc. This place was the highlight of our holiday.

I really liked the slow pace of Annecy. The lake is beautiful. One must swin in its crystal clear waters! Most of the places are within walking distance in Annecy. The old charm of old town is great. One must visit old town and walk through the narrow lanes.

If you have a chance to visit the Western Alps in France, please make the effort to go to, and preferably stay a few days in, Annecy. It' has picturesque, narrow streets, canals and quaint bridges, wonderful Sunday morning markets, full of local produce and delicacies for you to try free of charge. The jewel is the lake itself with... More
