Los Gigantes are not so giant

The big cliffs are kind of impressive but they are difficult to photograph from the harbor. The village is OK. Some good cafes around the harbor.

Short visit mainly to see the cliffs, not disappointed . Visit to harbour and booked a boat trip to see the whales and dolphins. Unfortunately no whales but plenty of dolphins. The cliffs are worth a visit. Did not actually go all around the town but it seemed pleasant enough and worth a visit. We just ran out of time

We caught the the local The local bus from las Americas to Los Gigantes and it took around one and half hours to get there stopping at bus stops for people. The towns we went through were lovely. It was like having an island tour but on the local bus. The scenery on the journey was amazing. When we got... More

It is a nice view but i could not find anything really so special about it that it could be worth 5 stars. You can spend couple of minutes looking at it taking some pics and this is it.

Spent the week there arriving back in UK on the 16th Jan. 2015. The food was excellent and the room spacious, clean and well presented. The clear water pool was a little cold but swimable and the saltwater pool was slightly warmer. The head Waiter Thomas is helpfull friendly and sociable and the staff we found were pleasant and aproachable.The... More

Los Gigantes is a lovely place to have a holiday. Although it's a bit hilly, you can still get around. Lots to do and places to see. |Lots of the bars have entertainment which is good. The food is also good in the restaurants. If you want to see more of the island, purchase a bus ticket for Euros 30... More

First. The seawater-pool is closed and has been so for long! I guess they are afraid of falling stones from the cliffs. Second. The pool area is nice, close to the big waves from the sea. But the pool has cold water with chlorine in. And I did only see one person who used it. Third. There is a small... More

We come to los Gigantes every January and I think it's important to do a review every year as restaurants can change, prices can vary etc... For me it gets better every year, I love the fact that the village is still quaint, the restaurateurs remember you year after year, and a lot of visitors return at the same time... More

After the Blackpool-esque nature of Puerto Santiago & Playa De La Arena, Los Gigantes is noticeably a better class resort. Whereas the restaurants & bars along the coast cater almost entirely to the football/sport mad and elderly, here there are quality restaurants and more welcoming bars. The marina area is surprisingly nice and a lovely place to spend an hour... More
