I loved the man who owns it, he is great fun, friendly. The castle is well decorated and in great order, it is part of the hidden mid Ireland, I loved stumbling on Leap Castle

Very small castle, impossible to get to without multiple connections from a bus or a very pricey taxi ride. If you have a car, go for it. Great history attached, ghosts and all.

We found the castle by searching the net for hunted castles, but realized when we met the owner we recongnized him from one of the Ghost Hunter shows on TV. As we are avid fans, it made the stop that much more thrilling. Although they were about to leave for the weekend, they did accomodate us for a quick visit...

After seeing this castle on Ghost Hunters International, I wanted to take a peek for myself. It's owner was a wonderful and grasious host. We called the day before and made arrangments to go for a visit. It was only 6euros I believe and that wasnt a hard limit. The owner Sean Ryan moved into the castle in 91 and...
