Please do not use this company, the chances of you actually going up in a balloon are at best minimal, you will be waiting months for your flight only for it to be cancelled even when the weather seems perfect (warm sunny calm evening). We flew from Leominster yesterday. The crew were great, and made it really enjoyable. The views were stunning from the air.
