This place is amazing! the best snorkeling place I ever been.. It costs $50 to rent the snorkeling equipment, my friend told me she could get $30 for full snorkeling equipment. The water is very clear and tons of fish. Unlike in US, we can feed the fish here.. I put the link down below to see how amazing is... More

The blue is astounding. Coral walls and the sheer amount of natural diversity make it worth it. Dive if you can.

Lots of turtles, some sharks and loads of nudibranch. There is unfortunately quite a lot of rubbish on some dives. You are literally jumping in to a sea of debris.

Come here for diving and snorkeling. Beaches aren't all that great and some may find them unclean. But the point of this island is the activities in the water. Highly recommended.

nice, peaceful and serene despite not having fresh water supply but that didn't hampered or bring our spirit down. Haven for divers and snorkelers. Basically eat, dive/snorkel and sleep...and repeat. As for the food and local people, might not be the friendliest among all places that I have been to but heck care as long as you have the nature... More

Unfortunately i don’t dive yet, but i love snorkelling. I went in 3 different spots with an amazing marine biodiversity, small colourful fish and coral everywhere, but the rafts of floating trash spoils this snorkeling experience. There was a problem with rubbish because the currents carry the garbage to Bunaken from Manado City, this was the worst part of Bunaken.... More

It was a great experience. The view is stunning, Bunaken has the amazing coral reef in indonesia. You could take a boat from Marine Harbor at Manado, it takes about 45 minute. The island itself in my opinion is not developed very well, but the beach is just beautiful. A must see in Indonesia!
