This place is very good. I visit here very good. If you have to do some sevas like Ashlesha Bali (its only done early morning from 6.30 AM to 9.30 AM) in batches. It is recommended that you stay overnight at nearby lodges. If you are a traveller, temple also has a luggage room where you can keep your valuables.... More

The temple closes around 8 pm i n the night. plan your visit before this time. The place is always crowded; visit during off season to get good and peaceful darshan. A lot of improvement in the infrastructure now. a must visit place , if you are looking for a temple!

The temple Temple has its old traditions and looks. Its kept simple and the main thing required for a stronger temple Gents have to remove their shirts and baniyans. Also Half pants are not allowed. . We visited the temple at around 130 pm. Since the temple was closed we had gone to Adi Subramanya temple and then came back... More

A big temple amidst hills in Karnataka. Sylvan surroundings and the greenery mark this place an excellent religious spot. An overnight bus journey from Bangalore ( one tip in Bangalore bus travel--Dont travel by sleeper buses if it takes Ghat sections.) by Volvo bus will reach u at 7 am at the destination. All the devasthana lodgings are centrally managed... More

This is what we did, not sure if this is right but we followed this course: +First, take holy dip. Walk to river from hotel is only 5 mins.... More

We get divine feeling just by visiting this temple. The location is awesome as the Kumara Parvatha Hills are at the back ground. Very well maintained temple and lots of good crowd and evening shopping outside the temple is also good. One must visit place.
